Exchange

Exchanges are done case by case, not guaranteed.  

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right if needed.

If an exchange is excepted, The fastest way to ensure you get the exchanged item is by providing proof of tracking information sent to Mynique.crestions24@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery, once information is provided exchanged item will be sent within 5 to 7 business days. 

A return shipping label will not be provided. All exchange shipping labels must be purchase by the customer.

If the item is damaged due to shipping, Proof of damage must be sent to Mynique.crestions24@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. It is based on Mynique.Creations discretion if an exchange will be made.
